Some might call me competitive, but I am simply determined. I’ve never shied away from chasing my passions and going the extra mile to get there.
My first passion stemmed from architectural coursework, seeing the capacity design holds to enhance our lives. From cool contemporaries to charming historic properties, I have the vision to see the story of the home and bring it to life for the buyer. Many of my clients trust me with their architecturally significant homes because I am experienced in recognizing and sharing their exceptional design. Design was my first love after all!
My life’s journey brought me to an exciting career in the pharmaceutical industry managing corporate acquisitions, organizational development, and labor negotiations. I mastered the skill of quickly assessing needs and developing strategies for solutions. This fast paced, high-octane world, unlocked my competence and confidence to serve as a master negotiator. It is a huge differentiator for my clients.
You won’t be surprised to hear me tell you the strategy to getting you the highest return may include making some changes to your home before listing. I will guide you through what buyers are looking for and what we need to do create the best listing.
I serve as a GREEN designated REALTOR® and support the US Green Building Council in its efforts to bring more high-performance home education to the real estate industry and consumers. A sustainable future for ourselves and our industry is very important to me. Believe it or not, I have my own little urban-farm in the desert.
I built my team based on professionals with similar passions. We all go the extra mile and serve our clients exceptionally well. Together we’ve closed multimillions in the Phoenix metro area for happy clients. Here is to many more!

I have always been in the industry of serving others. My career began in the hospitality industry creating experiences for people and selling event space. Would you believe me if I told you I helped someone plan a wedding in a day? Well, it’s true. There was a terrible snow storm in the city I was living in at the time, and the couple and their guests couldn’t leave the hotel to get to their venue. I orchestrated a wedding and reception for 100 people in 5 hours. I say “YES!” when opportunities walk through the door (or in that case, were stuck in the door) and find creative solutions to bring people together to deliver on their dream.
When I began my career as a realtor, I knew my ability to quickly deliver creative solutions to problems and the drive to say “yes” to help others would serve me well in this industry. I will always put my clients interests first and am determined to get you your best offer, or into your dream home. I’ve hiked to the top of Mount Sinai in Egypt, so I am no stranger to working hard to get what I want.
Early on, I heard Alison speak on a panel with other highly respected realtors in the industry and was blown away. She had creative and insightful ideas about how to run your business in order to be the best representative for your client and I knew I had to be a part of her team. That same night, I walked up to her and asked her to be my mentor. We have grown a lot together since we first met and have built many joint client successes as a result.
I was lucky to learn that we also share a passion for design and architecture. I have lived and traveled all over the world and through my travels have learned to appreciate art and design. There are so many historic and architecturally unique homes in the Phoenix metro area and I love that I am on a team where I get to tell their story.

We believe in todays market you need a variety of outreach tools including social, digital, and print media to stay top of mind.
I met Alison when we were considering selling our historic home in downtown Phoenix. She was working with our neighbor and heard we were interested in selling soon. She knocked on our door with a smile and good conversation which eventually led to sharing all of the reasons we needed to work with her to get the best return. I was so impressed with her confidence and insight of the market that we signed with her over our family friend that was a Realtor.
It was the best decision we could have made considering within a week we had an all cash offer at list price and zero negotiations. It wasn’t because the buyer didn’t want to negotiate, but because Alison was confident that she could find a better offer if they didn’t come in where we wanted to be.
